Any desired return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We require that the product be in new or gently used condition and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at thesleepequation@gmail.com. Once we have established if your request is eligible for a return, we will send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without any notification will NOT be refunded.
